We believe in a sovereign, holy, righteous, and almighty God whom we are to serve with all our heart, mind, and soul.

We believe God is the author of scripture. The Bible discloses God’s purposes for mankind. It is therefore our source of spiritual food and direction.

We believe the Bible presents a complete, comprehensive, and clear description of God and his dealings with men; hence it is our source for all revelation regarding God and His purposes.

We believe God’s Word requires believers to live a holy and righteous life as a reflection of God’s holiness (being more Christ-like). This cannot be done through one’s own effort, rather it is a product of the Spirit of God living in us.

We believe we draw near to God through the study of His Word and through Prayer.

We believe God has established Christ as head of the Church. Today He mediates that rule through Biblically approved leaders. We strive to align ourselves with Christ’s guidance and direction.

We believe God has provided the Holy Spirit to enable us to live lives that honor God and produce spiritual fruit.

We believe God poured upon us unmerited favor in forgiving and saving us. He loves us and is long suffering and patient with our foibles. Similarly, we strive to treat one another with the love God extended toward us.
